The amount of stress, responsibility and accountability is heaped on nursing staff in the UK more day by day. Nowadays nursing staff do more of the work preformed by junior medical staff in the past, but their pay does not match their workload.
Nursing pay should increase to be in line with other degree professions in the UK.
