Petition Mandatory Prison Terms for Drug Offences

80% of crime is drug related. To reduce this figure and improve the quality of life for the majority, mandatory prison sentences are introduced for the possession of, dealing, distrubuting and trafficing of drugs and "unlicenced highs", e.g. "meow meow" etc.. The sentences should be based on a sliding scale of the amount of drugs and the number of times the offender has been convicted, e.g. dealing should be limited to an amout between 1 and 5 times the level for personal use, and convictgions should be 1st offence - 1 year, 2nd offence 5 - years, 3rd offence - Life with a minimum of 25 years.
