Petition UK Border Agency Policy Review

I think it's high time we had a proper debate and changes to the rigid policies and guidelines that are set by the Home Office.
I strongly believe that the current rules are unfair, discriminatory and a catalogue of errors.I also believe that there are no set rules and every case is different.Obviously the Home Office clearly do not recognize this in the way they go about setting their rules, regulations and policy making decisions.
As a result of the above, there are perhaps hundreds of thousands that have or attempting to cheat the system.
I am going to stop by adding that,the UK Border Agency do a fantastic job in tackling difficult pressures that they face everyday.I would urge that they join this petition and those that have had their lives put on hold as a result of wrong policy making decisions that are made by the Secretary of State.
