More details
Due to the scrapping of Education Maintenance Allowance and the recent decline in job market, this petition is asking for a replacement of funding for teenagers. This payment can be levied with a guarantee that the teenager will provide approximately 12-16 hours in service to the community, private enterprise or government per week while continuing education. Each student should be supported with a Skills Liason Officer.
