A road tax or levy should be charged to ALL foreign registered trucks that use UK roads. UK trucks are now charged for using nearly all of Europes motorway network yet none are charged to use the ones in the UK. This coupled with subsidies given to most eastern block transport companies leave our own transport companies at a great disadvantage, even in the UK
