It should be illegal for children under the age of 16 yrs old to have mobile phones just like it is illegal to for them to drink alcohol.
More and more children are sending text to expresess sexual interests and desire known as sexettexing. This will see a rise in the number of pornographic materials being sent by underaged children. Please help stop this. We have given our children a gun and said, dont use it. But guess what they will use it! Please stop out society and our children from becoming lost.
