This would not only make motoring more accessible to young drivers, but would also stop this so called 'Fronting'. The high premiums are surely, just another way for insurance companies to increase their already huge profits. Our government need to put pressure on the insurance companies, to drastically reduce these ridiculously high premiums.","committee_note":null,"state":"rejected","signature_count":1,"created_at":"2011-08-24T14:18:28.000Z","updated_at":"2020-02-16T19:27:07.687Z","rejected_at":"2017-06-21T12:35:04.594Z","opened_at":null,"closed_at":null,"moderation_threshold_reached_at":"2011-08-24T14:18:28.000Z","response_threshold_reached_at":null,"government_response_at":null,"debate_threshold_reached_at":null,"debate_scheduled_at":null,"scheduled_debate_date":null,"debate_outcome_at":null,"rejection":{"code":"irrelevant","details":"The petition is asking for action by insurance companies, not the Government."},"government_response":null,"debate":null,"departments":[],"topics":[]}}}
