Petition Mobility Component of DLA/PIP

Persons who are unable to drive a vehicle due to a physical or a medical condition, ie dyspraxia, epilepsy, partial sightedness, monoscopic vision, lack of spatial awareness, etc, should get the mobility component of DLA/PIP.

This should be certified by their own GP, who is familiar with their medical history. I think it is fairer to give this component to people who cannot drive, and not those who can and do.
