After having my small dog attacked by a staffordshire bull terrier, during which my dog suffered serious neck injuries incurring a large vet bill, i WOULD LIKE PEOPLE TO SIGN MY PETITION TO HAVE THESE DOGS KEPT ON LEADS AND MUZZLED IN PUBLIC PLACES
