Also, any person or entities issuing such statements should be able to provide the legal basis of any such bans/decisions when queried.\r\n\r\nRecent examples included:\r\n1. Banning street parties during the royal wedding\r\n2. Banning sack races for schools\r\n3. Banning children from playing in parks\r\n4. Banning Wimbledon spectators from walking on wet grass\r\n\r\nSee more:\r\nhttp://www.hse.gov.uk/news/bizarre-bans/index.htm\r\n\r\n","committee_note":null,"state":"rejected","signature_count":1,"created_at":"2011-08-25T16:40:50.000Z","updated_at":"2020-02-16T19:27:08.637Z","rejected_at":"2017-06-21T12:35:07.970Z","opened_at":null,"closed_at":null,"moderation_threshold_reached_at":"2011-08-25T16:40:50.000Z","response_threshold_reached_at":null,"government_response_at":null,"debate_threshold_reached_at":null,"debate_scheduled_at":null,"scheduled_debate_date":null,"debate_outcome_at":null,"rejection":{"code":"irrelevant","details":"These are matters for local Government"},"government_response":null,"debate":null,"departments":[],"topics":[]}}}
