Petition Swiss Tax Deal Not Enough

The British governments tax deal with the Swiss government to pay tax for and on behalf of tax evaders
does not go far enough. These criminals will not be brought to justice, it's a 'slap on the wrist' for they will not be punished, they will not pay the full amount they have evaded, and Swiss banking secrecy will still remain.
We should tighten up this deal so we know WHO the tax evaders is.
