The UK should refrain from giving Libya any further Military Assistance, Commercial or Humanitarian Aid until the New Lybian Authorities recognise that with international recognition comes international responsibility and takes the necessary steps to apprehend and arrest Abdelbaset Al-Megrahi, with a view to return him to custody in Scotland.
