The Directors and Senior Managers and Medical Directors know how to run the NHS way better than a cabinet minster and his team. The NHS is paid for by public money (i.e the taxes WE all pay) . So why not have an elected board of senior health experts run the NHS. Like the Bank of England. This way we will get consistency in planning and management and a better NHS for all.
