Petition Bring back Council Controlled House building. Modular in design to maintain Family Stability and Community.

Let the councils build the houses themselves, non profitable, therefore housing being more affordable to low income families.People on housing benefits and not working should for so many hours per week, help each other fix and maintain properties within their area, therefore cutting down manual labour and council bills in maintaining properties. When people are employed they can maintain them themsleves, if they are guarateed a home for life. Therefore homes should be designed in modules that can be easily transfered into 2\4 bed properties therefore easily transformed as familes get larger and smaller therefore maintaining stability in the home and community
