Petition Ambulance 999 calls that are alcohol related should be charged

My petition is calling for all alcohol related 999 Ambulance call outs to carry a minimum charge of around £100. This would hopefully reduce the strain put upon ambulance services across the country, who deal with drunken and sometimes violent people on a daily basis. In turn this should free up the system to deal with more important life threatening emergencies.
