Petition That motorists who fail to stop for the police should be made to pay all police costs and all damages arising from the subsequent pursuit.

The cost, carnage and risk to life that motorists who fail to stop for the police cause far outweighs any penalty that seems to be available or handed down to them, so I request that anyone who fails to stop, even if subsequently not prosecuted for any other offence, should be charged the full police costs, including helicopter attendance as well as any damage whatsoever caused by the motorist or the police as a result of the failure to stop.
