This petition is to change the Planning and Building Regulations, so that ALL new properties being built will have to include Solar Panels (for electric & domestic water), and either Air Source Heat or Geothermal Heat Pumps as standard equipment.
These should be automatic and compulsory requirements for all planning approvals.
