Petition Reinstate pre 2003 licensing hours and reduce duty on alcohol served in pubs during restricted hours.

We wish to return to the old pub hours, pre 2005 when the 2003 Licensing Act was enacted. We also wish that the duty be radically reduce on alcohol served during these restricted hours. This will encourage the return of the neighbourhood pub and help bring back community.
