Ban noisy exhausts on road cars and motorbikes - they are unnecessary and blight millions of people from peace and quiet. The noise pollution from them is easy to stop - set a deadline say 5 years away and say all vehicles must comply by then. Ban the immediate sale. Then we can all rest in peace.
