WE THE UNDERSIGNED WANT THE 70 MPH TO REMAIN AS FOLLOWS, IF IT WAS 80 THEN PEOPLE WOULD LIKE NOW BE DOING AROUND 90, AT THIS TIME PEOPLE TOWING WHICH SHOULD BE 60 ARE DOING 70 PLUS, ALSO WHERE AN ACCIDENT HAPPENS A LOT MORE WOULD BE INVOLVED DUE TO THE SPEED AND STOPPING DISTANCE, THE LAWS ARE NOT ENFORCED ENOUGH ON MOTORWAYS AS IT IS WITH MANY ON PHONES AND THE ABOVE.
