THIS WEBSITE IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE, IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FOLLOW ANY LOGICAL PATH THROUGH A PETITIONS PROGRESS.
THERE ARE SO MANY DIVERSE PETITIONS ON THE SAME THEMES SO THE KEY ISSUES ARE NOT BEING ADDRESSED.
IT SEEMS TO ME TO BE A CASE OF DIVIDE AND CONQUER .
(the solution could be that "CALL ME DAVE" would peruse the petitions ,then paraphrase them, and then get them DEBATED!!)
