Petition Equal rights to live and work in the Channel Islands for children born on the Islands of expat parents.

Currently children born on the Channel Isles of parents who were also born and schooled there currently do not have the same rights as their parents, to return and live there, if the parents moved away whist the children were young. This needs to be changed. It is totally wrong.
