This petition is to request that regulation of the Gas and Electicity market in England is strengthened to be bought into line with the Water Utility sector. Specifically it is requested that the regulator carry out a regular price determination and sets the maximum revenue that can be raised within the core activity (taking into account wholsale price trends, investment in infrastructure and reneweable energy sources etc).
