Petition Emergency services to use bus lanes

Any emergency services: Police, Ambulance and Fire, should be able to use the bus lanes at any time, not just for emergencies.
At the moment, we pay for them to sit around in traffic. Having access to bus lanes may make them more efficient and therefore cost less money.
