Cyclists must have min of 3rd party insurance
Pay road tax ie £30 per year
Use cycle lanes where provided or fined
Use lights in the dark or fined
PCSO`S to police and issue fines as per their remit
Cyclists must obay the road traffic act or face the same penalties as motor vehicles.
At present no law applies to cyclists and due to this have no little respect for other road users or people on foot.Insure correct policing and taxes paid.
