Dog owners and non doggy people are often at logger heads over the issue of dogs running loose and, on occasion, unsupervised.
For the safety of both dogs and people i propose that there should be organised Dog Parks. Enclosed areas where well behaved dogs are allowed off lead to run and play, under supervision. Therefore, in built up areas dogs should remain on leads at all times.
A popular concept in other countries, surely has a place within civilized UK society.
