I would like parliament to discuss once again, with full facts given to the public, as to weather we should abolish our current Constitutional Monarchy and House of Lords in favour of a more accountable and elected second chamber and have the creation of a secular, democratic and pluralistic constitutional republic with free elections and a proper official Bill Of Rights for all citizens.
