We are now coming into the Winter Months and alot of people are no longer in a position to actually heat their houses or flats. The cost of living has gone up and energy prices are hugely linked to the cost of living going up to as high as it is. Nobody should be in a position to choose between food or heating. The Goverment have already decided NOT to step in and we are to look ourselves for alternative/cheeper prices. NO WE SHOULD NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
