Rejected petition Stop Government depts using 0845 numbers

ofcom introduced 03 numbers, at normal call rates, to replace 08 numbers.
Many government depts are stll using 0845 numbers, eg dept for work and pensions, tax credits, amongst others, which are expensive and not included in most call packages.
These are depts dealing with people who can least afford to be calling 0845 numbers.
Government depts should use the new 03 numbers
