Agricultural vehicle do not need to have a road fund licence ( tax disc) yet regularly use the public road system to the inconvenience of other motorists nor do they pay duty on the fuel that they use.    This petition seeks to instruct the Chancellor of the Exchequer to remove the concession on fuel duty and introduce legislation to ensure that all agricultural vehicles using the public road network have a road fund licence.
