Why can't we Get rid of car tax and put it on petrol thus catching all tax dodgers! Simple! The more you use the road the more you pay. The bigger the car the more it messes up the roads. The amount of money from tax dodgers and paying people to check for tax avoiders would be huge and could be put back into the roads to finally fix them (sheffield!).
