This government should hold a full referendum following a free vote (unwhipped) in the House of Commons by MPs on the continued membership of the UK of the EU.

The Referendum shall offer four alternatives:

1. Remain in under current conditions
2. Renegotiate membership terms
3. Withdraw to the EEA along the lines of Norway
4. Complete withdrawal
