To ensure the Scottish population has a proper and full understanding of the issues to be settled before any Independence from the Union may occur and to prevent the SNP from misleading the Scottish Population in this respect.
To date the only discussion occurs in Scotland. This issue affects every person in the United Kingdom and they wish to know that the current Coalition Government takes this issue seriously.
