Petition Ban 0845 to Government Departments

When unemployed or sick, it is expensive to call the numerous 0845 numbers to get help.
It can take 15 minutes and longer to get connected, and you pay when you are on hold, which takes up most of the time and then you are told to call another department (0845) and go through the same.
When you reach crisis point, you may have the time but not have money to waste on expensive calls especially if it can take 30 minutes to claim for a crisis and 45 minutes to claim unemployed.
At the very least we should be told where we are in the queue or able to call local numbers - I don't mind if it is busy, engaged tone does not cost.
We are already stressed out at not working!
