make people responsible for own families TOTAL benefits available must be less than £20,000 per year to include housing , all benefits under one roof , benefits paid first and second child only. All additional children parent responsible .european and international migrants not entitled to benefits until paid into tax system for 2 years , uk nationals to lose benefits if dont take up employment and start paying into tax system within 1year.
