I propose cycle lanes alongside railway lines protected by a fence . this would encourage people to cycle more and would bypass many hills and protect cyclists from traffic and If the routes had roof attachments to the fence would also protect from snow and ice. These cycle lanes would also stop leaves on the railway lines .
