"Make it compulsory for riders of motorcycles, scooters and similar vehicles to wear high visibility clothing. This could include, but not be limited to, high visibility jackets, waistcoats and "Sam Brown" belts.
Further, that the Government presses manufacturers of motorcycle clothing to design in high visibility and or reflective sections."
