Petition Freeze ALL pensions outside the UK or not freeze them at all.

At present pensioners who live in approx 120 countries (including the Commonwealth) have their pensions frozen once they permanently leave the UK.
Those pensioners who choose to live in the EU can still draw their State Pension (and some other benefits).
This anomaly needs to be straightened out - either unfreeze them all wherever they choose to live or freeze all pensions for those who permanently live abroad.
