Replace the Local Government Ombudsman with a locally ( ie within the Council boundary ) elected committee ( non Council employees or staff ) that would be funded by a £1or £2 Precept per houshold that would be collected by the Council which is not for their use but used as a legal fund to challenge that Council in a Court of Law if necessary.
