We would require the Government to call the board of the RFU to account for poor performance on and off the field by the whole squad and management at the 2011 World Cup and ensure that the contact going forward in all areas will ensure that when the 2015 RWC is held here that we deliver on and off the field true value for the tax payer and the supporters
