NHS is a money pit and open to abuse from fake claims and medical tourists, drunks ,drug abusers,criminals,time waisters and bed blockers.
This NHS is a legal abuse of tax payers money , make it free at A & E then you must have either a cheap goverment ins card or private medical ins , why should imigrants ilegal or not get free medical care ? criminals ? drug/drink abusers?
