Eligible claimants that have been receiving benefits for a period of more than 12 months, should be sent to the army selection procedure.
The army entry of course will apply - so in earnest and in all fairness of UK society they should not be sent off to war without their consent.
Off benefits, taxes being paid, boost to morale. Job done!
