The British Public should have an oppourtunity to decide who is manager of England. The F.A. are not democratic, I am unable to apply to be on the board so what gives them the right to appoint a manager with out a public say? The F.A. should put forward candidates and let the fans / general public of this DEMOCRATIC country decide. We should also have a say in his or her wages.
