We should sell the NHS and set-up a non-profit health insurance for British born residents and a seperate profit making insurance for non-residents and non-British born residents.
The only people that "Love" the NHS are the Media, the people who work for it and MP`s.
The NHS has been a `Ball-and-chain` around our necks for too long, its time to go.
