Petition Letting grave yards remain undisturbed, so that people may rest in peace.
More details
To preserve the right for people's remains to be undisturbed after they have passed on.
After people have paid for a plot of land that they wish to be buried in, they have the right, even after death, to remain in that piece of land.
That the piece of land aquired by the desceased, should not be then sold on, after any period of time, to developers or third parties, for future development, as in the case of the nuovo cemetry in mile end road, London.
That Planning departments, do not have the right to reallocate conscecrated land, without proper and appropriate impartial advice and approval.
