Somaliland was called somaliland british protectorate before 1960 and was part of the british empire. Its our interest to recognise Somaliland.
Somaliland recognition will alleviate most of the problems in the Horn of Africa, be it the piracy, terrorism, poverty and regional conflicts. Therefore our Government should recognise Somaliland.
