Teachers taking strike action impacts on innocent peoples lives, causing them to find expensive child-care at short notice or to use precious holiday credits or unpaid leave. Industrial Action by Teachers also disrupts the education of millions of children . Like the police , Teachers should be forbidden from being able to walk out and should only be permitted to work to rule as a tool to air their grievances .
