DfT to create a Cycling Summit to ensure a Yearly Review of Road Safety in regards to Cycling and Pedestrians looking at infrastructure costs and educational requirements and improvements to existing standards and policies, the Summit must include a number of Organisations, Charities, Governing Bodies to ensure Road Safety is Continuously Improving and a formal review report be distributed/available to the Public
