I work as a night security guards and am hardly paid a decent amount to live on.Every basic necessity item is getting expensive but our wage never goes up.I work 12 hour shifts at night and on the weekend for the same amount on weekdays.I need a pay rise to keep up with the rise in costs and to do my security control effectively and be paid in measure with my effort.
