Petition Develop St Helens and make it a City

More details

St Helens was once a proud Lancashire Town. Since it has become a MBC of Merseyside it is falling down in standards and been forgotten. It needs a major re developed and the Borough of St Helens should then become a City in it's own right.

So lets get St Helens back on the Map where it belongs.
